Returns
You may cancel an order without giving any reason until 14 days after receipt, after which you may return the product. Once received, you will be refunded the total amount + shipping costs of the return shipment, the costs of the return shipment will be for your account (unless the product does not meet the requirements as promised).
Should you wish to return a product, please let us know by sending an e-mail to [email protected], stating your order number. We will refund your purchase price within 14 days if the product is received in the correct condition (with all accessories and without usage traces).
